BRAD D. WILKINSON, Esquire & Broker

 

Brad D. Wilkinson, Esq. is principal shareholder in Wilkinson Law Firm, P.C., focusing on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estates, and creditor representation in bankruptcy, collections, and foreclosure.  Since 2003, Mr. Wilkinson has served as General Counsel and VP of Home-Land Title in Flowood, Mississippi.  He holds a BBA degree from Mississippi State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law.  With over 25 years of practice, he has served as senior attorney for the MS Department of Revenue and Assistant District Attorney for Madison/Rankin Counties and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in Mississippi as well as the 5th Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a licensed real estate broker, Member of the American, Mississippi, and Rankin County Bar Associations, member and past Chairman of the Metro YMCA of Jackson Mississippi, and member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church.  He and his wife have three sons and live in Madison, MS.      

 

J. JUSTIN SAFFLE, ESQ.

 

Joseph Justin Saffle, Esq. has been an associate with Wilkinson Law Firm, P.C. since 2008.  While attending law school, he interned with the firm for two years. Mr .Saffle graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003.  Prior to attending Law School he worked as a corporate trainer for a Fortune 500 company based out of Memphis, TN.  He received his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from Mississippi College School of Law.  While attending Law School he was a Dean's List Scholar as well as Am Jur award recipient in Real Estate Transactions.  Mr. Saffle is a member of the American Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association and the Rankin County Bar Association.  Mr. Saffle is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Rankin.  He is married to Laura Hawks Saffle, they have one son, and are members of Madison Heights Presbyterian Church.

                                                                     MICHAEL E. ADCOCK, ESQ.

 

Michael E. Adcock, Esq. has been associated with Wilkinson Law Firm since 2016. He graduated from the University of Mississippi Cum Laude in 1981, with degrees in English and Political Science and a minor in Sociology. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1984 from the University of Mississippi Law School. While attending Law School, he was an Am Jur award recipient in Agency and Partnership transactions. Upon graduation, he joined the Firm of Beach, Luckett & Ross. In 1989, he took over the Real Estate division of the Firm. In 1995, he opened his own law office and continued to practice Real Estate Law until joining Wilkinson Law Firm. Mr. Adcock is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association. He is married to Sharon Duke Adcock; they have two grown children and are members of Madison United Methodist Church.
